Jeshua was born and raised in Lawrenceville, GA. He fell in love with the active lifestyle from a young age by being involved in recreational and varsity athletics. He was mentored by Tarryn Hoff and Max Nazaire until he branched off on his own to open Flex Appeal. His ultimate passion is to build relationships by helping people reach their goals and live a healthier lifestyle. Along with fitness Jeshua enjoys yardwork, relaxing, and spending time with his wife and puppy child
